A whole day of painting, no kids, no jobs round the house - Just a paint brush and a pile of lead to catch up on. These have been needing a few finishing touches for a while and with a planned Zombie outing at the Evesham Wargames Club tonight I thought it was high time I got them table top ready.....
The Police are from Offensive Miniatures, I have a bunch of rioters to do, but these will do nicely for a couple of early our break games I have planned.
The Zombies are from Mantic Games, I have a bunch of your regular run of the mill wandering dead, but I figured these would do for any period rather than just the 1950's onwards....
Full AAR report to follow after tonights game, as a teaser the survivors will be looking for these guys.....
Terrific work!
ReplyDeleteLoving what you have done with the zombies.

Fantastic! Followed the link from GWP and very glad that I did! Following now! All the best, Michael.
ReplyDeleteI love the police, a very early to mid Cold War look to them. However, I would not want to face those zombies with just a shield and a truncheon! The scientists look like a pretty dodgy lot, I am sure they are up to no good.
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get the 'Police' transfers from- they look really good!

ReplyDeleteThese guy's were the best place for me.

DeleteThanks! I thought they were the ones! I've got some nice 'regular' UK Police and riot Police with small round shields and some nice 'citizens' and 'hoodies' from No Go Zone. They go very cheaply on ebay too.

hi like the look of your game giving me ideas am running a judge dredd game using the gw rpg rules looks like the judges are going to run into some cursed earth muties from mantic lol
ReplyDeleteSounds like fun, I always figured the first outbreaks would be more like a riot before the military stepped in, a Judge Dread setting sounds great and with the new stuff on the market, it should be good.
